Tortilla - A Spanish Bite

Its pleasure to see you again here. Now, We are gonna see how to make a Spanish snack using Eggs and Potatoes. It takes a very less time for preparation. Here are our Step by Step procedure.
***** Serves 4 ******
Ingredients :
- Eggs : 5 nos
- Potatoes : 5 medium size
- Onion : 2 medium size
- Salt : as required (recommended 1 tbsp)
- Cooking Oil : 300 ml
- Ghee : 2 tbsp
Cut the Onions in lengthwise and Potatoes into thin Slice.

Step 1:
- In a Pan, add 300 ml of Cooking Oil to fry the Onions and Potatoes. Once it is hot, add the Onions and Potatoes into it. Allow it to fry for 15 mins under high flame.

Step 2 :
- Once the Onion turn Brown. Turn off the flame and remove the fried Onions and Potatoes.

Step 3:
- In a Bowl, Crack the Eggs and mix well. Add the fried Onion, Potatoes & Salt and mix well. Allow the mixture undisturbed for 20 mins.



Step 4:
- In a non stick Pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and add this mixture into it. Spread it throughout the Pan. allow for 5 min in low flame. Apply 1 tbsp of Ghee on it. After 5 mins, turn it upside down and cook it for 3 mins.
